General Terms
All copy and contracts are subject to approval. Both ABA and NICHEPUBS reserve the right to refuse advertisements not in accordance with the advertising policies of the Austin Lawyer. Additions and corrections to advertisements that are received less than 15 days prior to the date of issue are not necessarily guaranteed. No changes in contracts.

Billing Terms & Commissions
Billing terms are "Net 30 Days." Commissions will be granted to recognized agencies – 15 % on space and color–provided the bill is paid within 30 days. Outstanding balances will incur a 5 % finance charge per month.
